By accessing or using SpeakToWords, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
SpeakToWords provides AI-powered audio transcription services. We convert audio files to text using advanced machine learning algorithms.
2.1 Free Trial Option
We offer a 7-day Free Trial for new users. The trial includes up to 10 minutes of audio transcription. Registration and a valid card for verification are required to start the trial.
2.2 Service Limitations
- Maximum file size: 500MB
- Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC
- Processing time varies based on file length
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activities under your account
- Keeping account information updated
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Free Trial Conversion: The 7-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription (Basic or Pro as selected) at the end of the 7-day trial period, unless cancelled beforehand via your user dashboard.
- Overage Charges: Usage exceeding the plan limits is subject to overage charges at a rate of €0.05 per minute for the Basic Plan and €0.04 per minute for the Pro Plan.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Content Rights
You retain all rights to your audio content. By using our service, you:
- Grant us permission to process your audio
- Confirm you have rights to the content
- Accept responsibility for content legality
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SpeakToWords for:
- Illegal activities
- Unauthorized copyright material
- Malicious or harmful content
- Spam or automated access
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Perform maintenance
- Limit service for security reasons
